He founded Real Portfolio Partners to give buyers and investors the same market intelligence developers rely on, grounded in data, practical execution, and a deep read of the local market. He is also founder of Summit Housing Developments and Chief Revenue Officer of Golden Coast Developers, and discloses these affiliations openly so clients can weigh every option with full transparency.

Elorm Zormelo

Transactions / Legal Adviser

Elorm is a transactional lawyer with over a decade of experience advising on and negotiating property agreements, including standard-form construction contracts (FIDIC). He routinely advises on permitting, licensing, and security and collateral arrangements. At Real Portfolio Partners, he supports contract negotiation and drafting, land and property matters, project security arrangements, and transaction risk management.
